What is a Motor Mover?

In plain English
A motor mover fits small electric motor units against the tyres (or, on some systems, geared directly to the wheel hubs) so you can nudge a heavy motorhome sideways, forwards or backwards on a tight pitch, all from a handheld remote.
How it works
Battery-powered motors, engaged via a lever or automatically, grip the tyre sidewalls (roller systems) or drive the wheel directly (geared systems), controlled wirelessly at low, precise speed.
Signs of trouble
- ⚠Motors won't engage — usually a battery voltage or fuse issue rather than the motor itself
- ⚠Remote control unresponsive — check its own small battery first
- ⚠Uneven movement, pulling to one side — one motor may be underperforming compared to the other
